In partnership with AAPI Heritage Month 518, Albany Center Gallery (ACG) presents threads, a celebration of Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month. The exhibition runs from April 30 to June 1, 2024. An Artists’ Reception will be held on May 3, 2024, from 5 - 8 p.m. threads is free and open to the public; Tuesday - Saturday, Noon - 5 p.m.

Art.Work.Space monthly youth workshops

ACG hosts monthly youth art workshops (coined Art.Work.Space.) in partnership with The RED Bookshelf and Honest Weight Food Co-op. The programs are led by local artist mentors on the 2nd Saturday of each month throughout the year. The themes of the workshops dependent on what the youth want and the medium(s) of each artist. We plan to have workshops in writing, mural painting, screen printing, comic book making, collaging, clothing design, graphic design, watercolor painting, music, poetry, literacy, and more!
