The exhibition runs from March 21 to April 18, 2025. 26th Annual High School Regional Juried Exhibition features the work of regional high school students, juried by Robert Cooper and Thomasa Dwyer Nielsen. The public Artists' Reception will be held on Friday, April 4, 2025 from 5 - 8 p.m.

Youth Art Pop Up Exhibition

On Friday, April 4 from 5 - 7 p.m., there will be an Artists’ Reception celebrating the youth that participated in the 2024 Summer Meals & Art Collaborative Program at Creighton Storey Homes AND artwork made by youth through ACG Programming! It will be on display in Art.Work.Space. until Saturday, April 26 (Right across the hall from ACG, located at 488 Broadway, Suite 107 in Downtown Albany).

Using old magazines, newspapers, and printed pages, you'll cut, remix, erase, and draw to build your own visual poems and layered art pieces. It’s all about experimenting, having fun, and finding your voice in unexpected places. Whether you love to write, make art, or just want to try something new, this is your chance to explore creativity with intention.

Art.Work.Space monthly youth workshops

ACG hosts monthly youth art workshops (coined Art.Work.Space.) in partnership with The RED Bookshelf and Honest Weight Food Co-op. The programs are led by local artist mentors on the 2nd Saturday of each month throughout the year. The themes of the workshops dependent on what the youth want and the medium(s) of each artist. We plan to have workshops in writing, mural painting, screen printing, comic book making, collaging, clothing design, graphic design, watercolor painting, music, poetry, literacy, and more!
