Shaker Artists Have 15 Works Selected for 26th Annual High School Regional Juried Art Exhibition

More than a dozen of Shaker High School’s talented student artists will have their work on display at the 26th Annual High School Regional Juried Art Exhibition. The selection process was conducted by jurors Robert Cooper (photographer and journalist), Thomasa Dwyer Nielsen (artist and educator) and Tony Iadicicco (Executive Director of The Albany Center Gallery). In all, the jurors selected 138 outstanding works for the exhibition. The gallery is open Tuesday through Saturday 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.   Tags: Press Coverage

BC student artwork chosen for juried art exhibition in Albany

Albany Center Gallery to host reception for 'Light Within Layers' exhibit

Fabrics, mixed media collages, embroideries and oil paintings from eight local and regional artists are on display at the Albany Center Gallery. “Light Within Layers” explores the stories found within, diving into the subconscious to shed light on existence itself.
