Virtual vigil in tribute to Walt Robb, first area Covid victim, tonight

"United Way of the Greater Capital Region will host a virtual vigil at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 23, on the first anniversary of the death of longtime General Electric executive Walter Robb, the first Capital Region victim of COVID-19. The vigil will honor the loss of Robb and more than 1,000 other Capital Region individuals who have died during the pandemic."

"The tribute includes an original poem  by Troy-based poet and artist D. Colin. United Way of the Greater Capital Region has partnered with its
Emerging Leaders United group, Albany Center Gallery and local artist Rachel Baxter to create a COVID-19 tribute mural that will travel to various locations across the Capital Region through April 3."
