Sunny, Warmer Day After Frost Hits Parts of Capital Region

After temperatures hovered around freezing early Tuesday, expect lows only around 40 degrees overnight.

Temperatures plunged to right around the freezing point for much of the Capital Region in what might have been the region’s first freeze, according to the National Weather Service.
