Title: "Mourning Glory"

Artist Julia Rodriquez's Statement:

"Keeping with my artworks’ usual visuals of body, bones and plants, this piece allowed me to work on a larger scale and really test my ability to show detail. The goal was to create something soft and peaceful yet unsettling. It has significant meaning to me and what I was going through at the time of creating it, but I hope any onlookers can find it connects to something inside of them too.”
