"You Are Here, Too" by Rachel Baxter

“You Are Here, Too” by Rachel Baxter, completed in Spring 2016, decorates the plywood exterior of 27 N. Pearl Street while the building is under construction. The piece features a mountain-scape, faces, and abstract geometric components. Baxter’s inspiration came from hiking and camping and the connection she formed with nature during that time. The mural’s aim was to inspire people to connect with their surroundings, too--not only the outdoors but the cities they work in, pass through, or inhabit.
