GET READY for a Bollywood Dance Workshop with Creative Mentor Aditi Lamba!! This Art.Work.Space. workshop will be held on Saturday, July 8 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

💥 About the workshop: Bollywood or Indian dancing is all embracing, full of energy and lots of emotions! So, come learn some fun Indian dance steps on popular songs and leave with a little taste of India! 
*This is open to any youth who loves to dance and requires no prior experience.*
 
Come with comfy clothes that you can move around in! Water and snacks will be provided.
 
🌸 About Aditi: 
Aditi Lamba is an Indian-American Journalist at Spectrum News, Albany. Aditi believes that representation matters in a newsroom and that we need diverse perspectives to move our society forward. She feels that often communities of color get misrepresented or ignored in the eyes of the society and amplifying those voices drives her as a journalist.
 
Born and raised in India, Aditi is trained in Bollywood and Indian folk-dance forms. Dance is her passion and she loves teaching!

All youth between the ages of 13-18 are invited to attend. The workshops are free, and there is limited space in order to foster a proactive learning environment. Registration is REQUIRED. No prior knowledge or experience in the arts nor topic of specific workshops is necessary. Please include a valid email with registration, as we will be reaching out to you for sharing logistics and waiver details.
