We'd like to take a moment to thank Anna Wettergreen and congratulate her as she embarks on her new journey West. As some of you know, Anna will be moving this month and we would like to reflect on her past two years with us and all of her contributions to support the gallery, our mission and artists in the region. Please join us as we thank her and wish her well in all of her creative endeavors. You rock, Anna! - ACG Team

"It is with mixed emotions that I announce that my last day with Albany Center Gallery will be January 11th.

It’s hard to believe that over two years ago, I started my time with ACG by volunteering to manage the social media for the 40th Anniversary Gala, then quickly joined the ACG team as a part-time Gallery Assistant when ACG moved to the Arcade Building. From that time, to April 2018 when I was promoted to my current role as Membership & Program Manager, up through today, I have grown so much and had the pleasure of seeing ACG grow as well.

I have greatly enjoyed my time at ACG and I appreciate having had the opportunity to be part of such a valuable local arts organization. Thank you to all of the artists and community members I’ve worked with – your artistic excellence and passion for the Capital Region continues to impress and inspire me. Thank you to the Board of Directors for being a reliable, supportive resource; and especially, thank you to Tony for teaching and advising me, supporting and believing in me, and encouraging me to reach for the stars.

I am headed to Denver, Colorado to fulfill a lifelong dream of moving out west, and to start a new adventure. I’m looking forward to my future there while I continue to be excited for all at ACG has yet to accomplish – I’ll be keeping an eye on the ACG happenings and cheering you on from Denver!

If you ever want to get in touch, feel free to reach out on Facebook or via LinkedIn. This isn’t goodbye, our paths will cross again. I guarantee I’ll be back to visit, as I’m an Upstate NY native and the Capital Region holds a special place in my heart. Wishing you all the best."
