Call for Art: 3x3x3 @ Arlene's to benefit ACG

3”X3”X3” at Arlene’s Call for artwork: 

Call for Art dates: April 1st to June 16th (drop off at Arlene’s during store hours)

Arlene’s is announcing the 3”X3”X3” at Arlene’s Exhibit that brings together work done by local artists, creatives, and YOU as a fundraiser for Albany Center Gallery (ACG). Artworks must be three inches square/cubed and signed only on the back. Participation is free. All work will be sold for $10 each and all proceeds will go to support ACG. Let’s come together to support such a vital part of the Upstate New York Art culture.

ACG is a non-profit art space dedicated to exhibiting skillful contemporary art of the Mohawk Hudson region, and building a strong, knowledgeable audience for the visual arts. ACG is a community-based and community supported organization. Help Arlene’s support and be a part of the local art community.

The Rules: 
The only rules are each 2D piece has to be 3”X3” & 3D pieces need to be 3”X3”X3”. All work must be hangable, not framed, just be able to be hung on a wall for the duration of the exhibit. All work is a donation and will be sold for $10 each to fundraise for Albany Center Gallery.

Drop off all completed 3”X3” pieces to Arlene’s, at 57 Fuller Rd Albany NY 12010 and fill out an Artwork Entry Form for each piece. You can mail submissions too but they must be post marketed June 16th with completed Artwork Entry Form too.

How can you support the local art Community?

• Make and donate as many 3”X3”X3” pieces as you can

• Buy as many pieces as you can

• Spread the word about this event and other great creative ventures going on in the area.

• Have a 3”X3”X3” at Arlene’s Party. Get together with your friends and make art!
