Join local artist, Tracy Loring, for this fun set of youth workshops exploring what it means to paint from your heart. We'll be doing two different projects using watercolors and acrylic paints. Come for one or stay for both! 

11 a.m. - 1 p.m.: Painting Joy (Mixed Media: Watercolor and acrylics)

1 p.m. - 3 p.m.: What I Love about Me (Mixed Media: Watercolor and acrylics)

About the Artist Mentor: Tracy Loring is a mixed media painter and instructor. In addition to creating art, Tracy loves to help others tap into their own inner artist and express themselves creatively. Tracy actively shows her work and teaches art in the Capital Region. She is currently an Artist in Residence at Arlene's Artist Materials in Albany. 

All youth between the ages of 13-18 are invited to attend. The workshops are free, and there is limited space in order to foster a proactive learning environment. Registration is REQUIRED. No prior knowledge or experience in the arts nor topic of specific workshops is necessary. Please include a valid email with registration, as we will be reaching out to you for sharing logistics and waiver details.
