The Times Union article states that "next fall is about to get spookier in Albany. Discover Albany announced a new Halloween celebration will be haunting downtown next year. The monthlong All-Hallow E'en Festival is resurrecting and reimagining Albany's All-Hallow E'en Carnival, a legendary yet fleeting festival from more than a century ago."

The Medium article states that "the festival, taking place in the fall 2023, will be a month-long celebration with programming from Discover Albany, In Our Own Voices, Albany Center Gallery, Capital Repertory Theater, the Downtown Albany Business Improvement District and the City of Albany. Discover Albany will be hosting themed-ghost tours and coordinating programming with partner organizations."
