All Aboard! Join the Fast Track

We graciously invite you to join the Honorary Committee for Albany Center Gallery’s (ACG) Art All About it! Gala. The event will take place at 6 p.m. on Saturday, November 23, 2024 at Union Station in Downtown Albany (575 Broadway, Albany, NY 12207)! By joining the Honorary Committee, you are at the forefront of the regional arts with Albany Center Gallery bringing “more art everywhere, together!”

At last year’s gala, we hosted over 275 attendees and raised over $75,000! This generosity helped us expand programming, present an extensive exhibition season, pay local artists to create art and mentor students, as well as provide critical funding to sustain staff and the operations of the organization. 

Because of supporters like you, ACG can continue to provide much-requested accessible arts programming to community members and youth, as well as uplifting public art! With the empowerment of local artists and art enthusiasts at the core, we hope to have your continued generous support. To ensure your name appears as Honorary Committee on gala promotional materials, please complete and return THIS Honorary Committee Form no later than September 13. The deadline for recognition in the program book is October 12. Honorary Committee members will also be recognized on ACG’s website and social media promotion for the event.

LEVELS & BENEFITS

Gold (Level I):  $275 per Individual, $525 per Couple 
    *Early Access to the Gala for an exclusive social half-hour prior to the event, complimentary close parking, 2 complimentary raffle tickets, surprise benefits, and name recognition on the invitation, program, signage at the event, as well as website, emails, and social media posts. Additional recognition by being listed on the “Thank You signage” in Albany Center Gallery for one year period, sponsors tab on the website, and in the Annual Report.
    
Silver (Level II):  $200 per Individual, $375 per Couple 
    *Early Access to the Gala for an exclusive social half-hour prior to the event, complimentary close parking, 1 complimentary raffle ticket, surprise benefits, and name recognition on the invitation, program, signage at the event, as well as website, emails, and social media posts.
    
Bronze (Level III):  $150 per Individual, $275 per Couple 
*Early Access to the Gala for an exclusive social half-hour prior to the event and name recognition on the invitation, program, signage at the event, as well as website, emails, and social media posts.

*Early Access means you can arrive at 5:30 p.m. the night of the event (30 mins early!)

ADD-ON ($75 each): Sponsor a community member’s admission ticket! These funds will be used to offer community members tickets so they can attend the Gala, without cost being a barrier. THANK YOU.
