The #AlbanyMural Celebration

Update: Albany Center Gallery thanks all who attended and helped with Friday’s Mural Event. The celebration included the viewing of the newly completed mural by Michael Conlin and food and drinks from Olde English Pub, C.H. Evans Brewing Company, Albany Pump Station, Ben and Jerry’s, Death Wish and Albany Distillery’s. A special thanks to the Albany Parking Authority, Downtown Albany BID, Nicky Lightz, Alyssa Hardy and Albany Barn. Thank you all and we hope you take part in future events.

Coming into the city of Albany will look a bit more colorful this summer. After over a year of preparation and work, we are excited to celebrate the completion of the #AlbanyMural by artist, Michael Conlin. The 85x25ft piece depicts six bluebirds in flight and was created in partnership with The Albany Parking Authority and curated by Albany Center Gallery with Albany Barn.

Join us this Friday from 5-9 p.m. in Quakenbush Square (between The Olde English Pub and C.H. Evans Brewing Company at the Albany Pump Station) to check out the finished mural and enjoy food, drinks and music with us!

Coffee will be provided by Death Wish Coffee, Albany Distillery's will be serving samples of their newest Death Wish Vodka along with a cash bar at The Olde English Pub and The Albany Pump Station.
Ben & Jerry’s will provide free ice cream.

Free parking at the Quackenbush Garage after 5 p.m.
