Youth Mural Tour

Saturday, July 27, 2019: Come explore vibrant public art in Downtown Albany for the first
Capital Walls Youth Mural Tour (ages 8 to 18)!

This FREE Youth Tour will highlight a selected portion of the #CapitalWalls Murals. Muralist
Liz Zunon will be joining this tour to discuss her creative process, inspirations and the mural
itself, following the tour she will lead participants in an interactive art project. The tour will be
led by Mural Curator Tony Iadicicco of Albany Center Gallery and Casey Polomaine of Albany
Barn. We will meet at Albany Center Gallery to kick off the journey.

Schedule

• 10:00 a.m. start time with free doughnuts and beverages (including coffee & juice)

• 10:15 a.m. depart ACG to visit 3 of the Capital Walls murals

• 11:00 a.m. return to ACG for interactive art project with artist Liz Zunon

• 12:00 p.m. end time

Event Disclaimer: Suggested participant age for tour is 8-15 years old (each youth participant
MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.) Ages 16-18 parent or guardian not required.

One ticket is equivalent to one youth participant and 1 parent/guardian.

*You must RSVP 24 hours prior via email to tour time to confirm the reserved spot; otherwise
members on the waitlist will be asked. The tour will happen rain or shine, excluding severe
weather-- Check social media for final updates if unsure.

There are only 15 youth spots available for this tour. There will be another tour date on Saturday,
August 10, 2019. Priority for August's tour will be given to those on this event's waitlist.
