With many exciting exhibits and programs planned for 2017, we are also excited to welcome our newest staff member, Gallery Assistant Anna Wettergreen.
Anna is a native New Yorker, originally from a small town outside Rochester. She graduated from Carnegie Mellon University (’15) with an interdisciplinary Bachelor’s Degree in Art and Psychology and a minor in Business. After working for the Frick Art and Historical Center in Pittsburgh, she moved to Albany and held two part-time marketing positions, at the Arts Center of the Capital Region and at a LED lighting company. Anna continues to volunteer at the Arts Center and is a member of their Marketing Committee. In her free time, she enjoys learning about the Capital Region’s art community, spending time in nature, traveling, and continuing her artistic practice (which includes everything from painting and drawing to making terrariums and repurposing barn windows). Anna, her boyfriend Pat, and their cat, Peanut currently reside in Albany, NY.

Join us in welcoming Anna and be sure to stop by for our Grand Re-Opening and Members’ Show on Wednesday, January 18 (new location 488 Broadway, Downtown Albany)
