No one got busted. Not on Tuesday. Not at the Quackenbush parking garage downtown Albany, where the southern wall was turning more colorful by the minute -- thanks to a pair of guys on a big blue construction lift. On a sunny, windless day, they were painting a patch of it a nice shade of wine.
No cops in sight. Even if there were, the days are long gone when the artist known as Hellbent got arrested for making art.
