'Makers 365' photo exhibit at Albany Center Gallery
Tags: Press Coverage

Hundreds of faces stare out from the walls of Albany Center Gallery. Two of the portraits are 8 feet wide, one measures 5 feet, 40 hang at eye level in 11-inch frames, and all 365 are present in 5-inch squares on two tall, vertical grids.
Some of the subjects of the black-and-white pictures looked directly into the lens of photographer Richard Lovrich. Others averted their gaze, and, occasionally, as in a portrait of a long-haired, bearded man in the shower, the eyes were closed, but throughout the gallery a sense of watchfulness, of looking, prevails.
