Learn About the Staff at ACG


Jake Evans, Development Associate (he/him)
Jake Evans joined Albany Center Gallery in February 2025 as Development Associate. He assists in communications with donors, members, and constituents, along with preparing materials for grants and fundraising events to facilitate growth within the community. His role also includes various administrative responsibilities to aid in maintaining donor retention and acquisition.
Jake received his BA in Criminal Justice with a minor in Emergency Management and Homeland Security from the University at Albany. Outside ACG, you may find Jake photographing old signs around the Capital Region, watching movies, enjoying quality time with family and friends, or metal detecting to uncover buried history.


Tony Iadicicco, Executive Director (he/him)
Tony Iadicicco has been with Albany Center Gallery for over a decade. First as Creative Director (2011), and then Executive Director (2012). He is an award-winning artist and community volunteer working tirelessly to connect people with the arts. He promotes the creative development of our next generation of leaders and creatives. 
Tony is working on multiple projects, as well as frequently guest speaks for panels with different organizations about art, culture and the business of art. Additionally, he is the curator of the #CapitalWalls mural program in the Capital Region of NY. He enjoys painting, being out in nature near water, traveling, and spending time with family.


Kiara Johnson, Marketing & Gallery Associate (she/her)
Kiara Johnson joined Albany Center Gallery in July 2024 as the Marketing & Gallery Associate. She creates marketing campaigns and social media content for ACG, as well as necessary administrative responsibilities and maintaining the Gallery space. She works to improve community reach and engagement on and offline.

Kiara received her BFA in Film/Animation at the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2022. As a published book illustrator, she works Freelance in illustration and painting. When she is outside of her studio, Kiara likes to run, watch K-Dramas, read romance novels, and cook with her Jamaican grandmother!


Andrew Kwok, ACG Fellow (he/him)
Andrew Kwok joined Albany Center Gallery in January 2023 as an ACG Fellow. He works with the Executive Director to coordinate logistics with clients for consultation and partnership opportunities as well as assist with in-house exhibitions. He has previously worked with ACG as a volunteer and curatorial intern for the past 2 years.
He received his BA in Biology from Siena College, with a minor in Health Studies. Andrew grew up in NYC, and is currently in Harvard Medical School getting his Masters in Media, Medicine, and Health. He enjoys painting, creating ekphrastic poetry, and making cocktails.


Emily Prosper, Program & Operations Coordinator (she/her)
Emily Prosper joined Albany Center Gallery in May 2021 as the Gallery Operations Coordinator. She works closely with staff to plan youth art programs, mission-based pop-ups and programming, and assist where needed in exhibitions, marketing, and financial administrative duties.
Emily received her BFA in Studio Arts in Painting and Sculpture with a Minor in Art History from the College of Saint Rose in 2019. 


Karina Wojnar, Development & Membership Manager (she/her)
Karina Wojnar has been with Albany Center Gallery since July 2018. In her role as Development & Membership Manager, she oversees grant writing and reporting, donor relations, fundraising, campaign management, program and membership expansion, as well as community outreach.
Originally from woodsy Northern New Jersey, Karina now lives in Albany, NY, where she supports local causes that uplift the unheard through creative expression and literacy. She has her BA in Social Justice & Global Citizenship from Siena College, with Minors in Economics and Creative Arts. Karina enjoys going for long walks, reading, spending time with family and friends, and creating.
